Establish and manage robust experimentation programs, running complex A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels.

Identify and implement growth opportunities across crypto, earnings, and payments products to increase LTV.

Lead cross-functional growth initiatives spanning Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Business Development.

Drive user activation and engagement through optimized product experiences and personalized user journeys.

Scale user acquisition channels including organic growth, referrals, partnerships, and paid acquisition.

Research and validate new growth opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative product features.

Collaborate with senior leadership to inform company-wide strategy and resource allocation based on growth insights.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience with 3+ years focused specifically on growth, ideally in fintech or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth impact, scaling user bases from hundreds of thousands to millions.
• Advanced analytical expertise with proficiency in analytics tools, statistical analysis, and growth modeling (SQL, Python/R preferred).
• Deep understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, Growth Loops), cohort analysis, and advanced growth methodologies.
• Extensive experience designing, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests and experimental design.
• Demonstrated success implementing product-led growth strategies, viral mechanics, and in-product growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent strategic communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias to action and ability to move fast in ambiguous situations

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of financial services, cryptocurrency, or investment products and their unique growth challenges.
• Familiarity with Latin American markets, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
• Technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Growth marketing experience including performance marketing and attribution.
• Fluent in Spanish (English fluency required).
