Sales Account Executive (LATAM)

The role
As an ambitious inside Sales Account Executive that will join our LATAM sales team, you will have diverse sales expertise and experience in a creative environment.
Your goal as Inside sales Account Executive will be to first research and prospect new leads which you will then convert into appointments with doctors, then into sales deals, By Running discovery & demo calls.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting Potential clients as well as Outbound calling and emailing potential clients, to inform them about our services and set up appointments, which are then logged in our CRM.
- Responding to Inbound communication with the same target as outbound.
- Run discovery & demo calls with prospects that you have arranged.
- Validate prospects needs and problems and outline the best possible solution that we can offer.
- Convert discovery and demo calls into sales.
- Constantly strive to improve the customer experience and your own knowledge of the product and how to convert prospects into sales effectively.
- Be involved in the whole customer journey and work closely with the Customer success team throughout the process, and continue to build that relationship long after the onboarding process is complete.

- Solid commercial experience with proven ability in prospecting and engaging potential leads
- Strong skills in delivering effective sales demonstrations
- Ability to create a value-based sales approach, clearly demonstrating ROI to clients
- Good understanding of financially driven sales conversations (profitability, efficiency, long-term gains)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative mindset
- Skilled communicator and superb listener, with strong presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets (KPIs)
- Competitive attitude, highly motivated by financial rewards and career growth
- Integrity-based sales approach: filling needs and solving issues
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently
- Hunter mentality combined with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to partner with stakeholders, take initiative, and work across teams
- Innovative, self-starter with a “take charge” attitude and ability to work with minimal direction
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ sales experience, including hands-on call centre work and multiple sales techniques (cold calling, etc.)
- B2B or SaaS sales experience required
- Ability to work diligently with data from various sources
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Experience in referral-driven business, ideally within the medical/aesthetic/cosmetic field (a plus)
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to overcome objections
- Can-do attitude, highly organised, with evidence of a strong work ethic
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate value propositions, creating excitement among prospects
- Native Spanish speaker with a good level of spoken and written English

- Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/the aesthetic industry and or medical field would be a plus.
