This will be a great fit if you want to make an impact on the business. You’ll perform as an internal consultant that will help management to set goals and achieve them.Areas of operations are wide and may include: Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance, Business, Technology, Marketing, Org Design.Responsibilities:As part of the BizOps team, you’ll be joining a strategy-focused group that drives high-impact projects across the company. Within BizOps, the Chef Marketing area is dedicated to building tools and programs that help chefs grow their volume on the CookUnity platform.
- Own the execution of Chef Marketing initiatives: Take ownership of measuring the impact of each initiative — from tracking performance to calculating how much volume each chef drove and determining the amount to be charged.
- Contribute to initiative design: Participate in the brainstorming and development of new Chef Marketing tools and programs.
- Identify growth opportunities: Analyze chef performance metrics to uncover opportunities that can increase chef competitiveness.
- OKR tracking: Monitor and support company-level OKRs
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with other teams (Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, Chef Ops) to advance strategic projects with company-wide impact.
- Insights & reporting: Build and maintain reports/dashboards to track performance of Chef Marketing initiatives.
- Ad hoc support: Assist in research, presentations, and documentation for strategic projects led by BizOps leadership.
- 1-2 year of experience in aspects/concepts cross to an ORG: value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, ops, branding, GTM, or building high-functioning leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
- Corporate finance knowledge to create high-level business cases to prioritize and estimate the impact of multiple initiatives/solutions across the company.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
