In this role, you will support senior designers and collaborate with writers, developers, and account managers to deliver compelling design solutions across print, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, brings fresh ideas, and approaches each project with creativity and critical thinking. • Support senior designers with overflow work and client projects, gaining experience and growing skillset
• Handle 1-5 design tasks daily, ranging from minor adjustments to larger creative projects
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts across various media
• Translate brand strategies into visually engaging designs that communicate messages clearly
• Prepare and produce final design assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards
• Adapt and translate designs across platforms (e.g., InDesign to PowerPoint)
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to bring new ideas to the team

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in graphic design (junior to mid-level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma expertise (required)
• After Effects for basic animation (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Elementor and Kadence (nice-to-have)
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) proficiency required; ability to translate designs into PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience in both print and digital design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
