📌 Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Success & Support Associate for a fast-growing U.S.-based startup in the affiliate marketing and creator economy space. This is a remote, full-time contractor role with an immediate start. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and is excited to join a high-growth, dynamic team where they can make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you’ll support and retain platform users (creators and brands), ensuring they get the most out of a unique, Amazon-focused affiliate solution. You’ll combine strong communication, customer success, and operational skills to drive satisfaction and growth.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and creators, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
- Act as the first point of contact for platform users via email and phone
- Approve and vet creators based on internal guidelines
- Manage and update customer data using Excel and CRM tools
- Analyze account activity and provide insights to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Help scale internal support systems and documentation
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data entry, and light analysis)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to adapt to new tools and processes
- A fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong administrative skills
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or creator platforms
