  • Start Conversations That Matter: Email, call, DM—whatever it takes. You’ll know how to take a cold prospect and turn them warm quickly.
  • Hand Off High-Quality Leads: Your mission isn’t to close. It’s to deliver sales-qualified leads so strong the closer says “thank you.”
  • Know the Industry Cold: Stay ahead of competitors, track market shifts, and identify key security opportunities.
  • Own the Pipeline: Manage the full process from first outreach to scheduled meetings and log every step in the CRM.
  • Make the Team Better: Collaborate with marketing and internal sales to sharpen scripts, messaging, and outbound strategy.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in sales development or lead generation, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or security
  • Strong communication skills—quick rapport-building and clear, confident messaging
  • Highly organized and relentless in follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without micromanagement
  • Proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus Microsoft Office and lead-gen tools
  • A proven record of exceeding KPIs and consistently delivering high-quality leads

  • Experience with U.S.-based clients
  • Background in cybersecurity or government contracting
