FACICILITADOR DE IMPLEMENTACIONES

Objetivo del puesto:

- Acompañar el proceso de implementación a nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

- Guiar y asistir a los equipos técnicos de los usuarios en la Implementación de la plataforma

- Verificar las implementaciones realizadas.

- Proponer mejoras o cambios al producto base, a partir de la experiencia obtenida en los

proyectos de implementación.

- Reportar bugs encontrados en el producto base.

- Mantener la documentación que ayuda en la implementación.

Requerimientos del puesto:

- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en un puesto similar.

- Capacidad analítica.

- Flexibilidad, resiliencia.

- Proactividad e iniciativa

- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, oral y escrita.

- Conocimiento de SoapUI y API. (Deseable, no excluyente)

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: Hasta $1.700.000,00 al mes
