Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for recruitment and the travel industry? We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best tour guides and contractors to deliver unforgettable experiences!
About the Role:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tour guides and other contractors.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and company goals
- Manage contracts, onboarding, and ensure compliance with company policies.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably in the tourism/hospitality industry), preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify top talent and assess candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of freelance/contractor agreements is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
- Fluent English and Spanish

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
