We are looking for a Accounting Operator to perform activities for a majority of LATAM´s business units. The Daily - Some of the Major Activities
  • Perform and review periodic cash application activities.
  • Monitor cash application is applied correctly, detecting deviations, and promoting applicable corrective actions.
  • Communicate with each location to perform daily requests.
  • Handling and preparing files to upload data.
  • Prepare end of months reports.
  • Understanding and control of GL accounts.
  • Analyze accounts and make necessary adjustments in the ledger.
  • Perform monthly closing activities.
  • Take active part of innovative activities and communities within Siemens.
The Essentials
  • Bilingual English Level.
  • 2 years of work experience in a related area (Finance/OTC/Shared Service Center).
  • Student of careers related to Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfort in virtual and automated environments.
  • Willingness to grow and to do real teamwork.
  • Adaptability and resilience.
The Nice to Haves
  • Experience using SAP or others ERP.
