Mulu Jewelry, a distinguished name in fine jewelry, is seeking an elite and highly experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our flagship boutique in Scarborough Town Centre and multiple high-profile kiosk locations across the Greater Toronto Area. Role Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, cultivating a high-performance team, and maintaining the refined elegance and prestige that defines the Mulu Jewelry experience. This position demands a leader with strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple high-traffic luxury retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Luxury Retail Leadership: Oversee all aspects of store and kiosk operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end customer journey across all locations.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through elite customer service, exclusive clienteling, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of top-tier professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, expertise, and performance.
- Client Experience: Uphold and enhance Mulu Jewelrys reputation by delivering a world-class, personalized shopping experience tailored to high-net-worth clientele.
- Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain an impeccable store environment, ensuring visual presentation, inventory management, and luxury standards are met at all times.
- Strategic Growth & Brand Representation: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement innovative business strategies, expand brand presence, and cultivate VIP client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of luxury retail management experience (high-end jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred)
- A refined understanding of high-end sales, clienteling, and relationship management
- Strong leadership with a history of successfully managing multiple locations
