Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant with Social Media Background to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, content scheduling, and marketing coordination. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and with experience supporting executives while overseeing social media and CRM-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the CEO’s executive assistant, ensuring smooth daily operations and follow-through on tasks.

• Oversee scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms (e.g., carousels, reels, posts).

• Serve as a quality checkpoint for content, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s tone, style, and brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with specialists on design, editing, and marketing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Support email management including inbox organization, outbound email sending, and basic client communication when needed.

• Manage and monitor LinkedIn outreach activities, including verifying and approving connection requests.

• Ensure CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel) are updated and workflows run smoothly.

• Provide general administrative support, including follow-up, task tracking, and documenting SOPs when required.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling.

• Experience using CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working with email and LinkedIn outreach tools.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the CEO.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar all-in-one CRM/marketing automation tools.

• Experience coordinating with remote creative or marketing teams.

• Background in social media management or digital marketing support.

• Interest in comedy, entertainment, or creative industries (a plus, not required).

Personality:

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel (preferred) or other CRM systems.

• Social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later).

• Email and calendar management tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

• LinkedIn outreach and automation tools.

• Loom or other screen recording tools for SOP creation.

English Level:

C2

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 2–6 PM EST.

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week to start, with potential to expand).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidates preference.
