About the role
We’re partnering with a fast-growing U.S. fintech startup to hire itsfirstInbound Sales Representative. You’ll convert warm demand into booked demos by qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, and executing persistent,hyper-personalizedfollow-ups. This is an SDR role withlight AEresponsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startups and needs minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Rundiscovery callswith inbound prospects; progress qualified leads and disqualify low-fit.
- Qualify leads from the website, newsletter signups, andvisitor tracking tools.
- Own scheduling and follow-upsend-to-end to maximize demo bookings (calls, texts, VMs, quick videos).
- Keep CRM hygiene high; track pipeline activity, outcomes, and next steps.
- Coordinate availability with leadership to ensure prospects get timely access to calls.
- Report weekly on funnel health (speed-to-lead, meetings booked, show rates, conversion to demo).
- Continuously refine messaging, cadences, and processes to improve conversions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Fintech background(banking, payments, lending, compliance, etc.).
- Strong English;clear, confident communicationwith U.S. clients.
- Proven inbound SDR/AE experience (or equivalent) withhyper-personalized outreach.
- Self-starterwho operates independently with minimal guidance; high follow-through.
- Comfortable withAI toolsin daily workflow; proficient withGoogle WorkspaceandSlack.
- Punctuality/reliability(on-time to calls is non-negotiable).
Nice to Have
- Experience running short product demos / stepping toward an AE path.
- Exposure to healthcare or broader financial-services prospects.
- Built cadences, templates, and follow-up playbooks in a startup environment.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
- Fastspeed-to-leadon inbound (minutes, not hours).
- Consistentmeetings bookedfrom ~100+ monthly inbound leads (spikes possible).
- Highshow ratesand stronghandoffsto AE/leadership.
- Clear, accurate CRM notes and pipeline visibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: USD$1,500–$2,500/month(commensurate with experience).
- Commission (uncapped):
- ~$50 per close on low-tier SaaS plans (~$59/mo).
- 3–4%on typical enterprise annual deals ($25k–$100k ACV).
- Per-meeting bonusesfor qualified inbound meetings booked.
- PTO & Holidays: Flexible PTO; U.S. holidays observed (culture is fast-paced—long continuous vacations are uncommon).
- 100% remote; flexible schedule aligned to U.S. hours.
- Growth path toward expanded AE responsibilities as the team scales.
