We’re seekingbilingual Customer Service Representativeswith a background in theautomotive industryto support high-intent inbound callers who need immediate help with electronic control module (ECM, PCM, TCM) replacements. These are not casual inquiries — they are critical, time-sensitive customer interactions.
You’ll be joining a rapidly evolving e-commerce operation that specializes inremanufactured automotive computer modules. The company is transitioning from a traditional call center to aremote-first customer service model, aiming to build a leaner, higher-performing, and more professional support team.
This is not a hard sales role. The focus is onprofessionalism, accuracy, and empathy— guiding customers from problem to purchase, with clear, confident communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers needing immediate ECM/PCM/TCM replacements
- Accurately collect vehicle details, process payments, and complete orders using internal systems
- Follow structured call flows, SOPs, and training documentation to ensure consistent service
- De-escalate frustrated callers and deliver calm, capable support
- Use Vonage Business VoIP tools, including barge, monitor, and three-way calling
- Participate in ongoing training through SOPs, call recordings, and live monitoring
- Represent the company’s service-first approach with professionalism and consistency
Requirements
- Bilingual:Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous automotive industry experienceis required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle urgency and pressure
- Comfort with phone-based service and following structured processes
- Reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet home office
- Professional attitude with a long-term mindset — not seeking short-term gigs
- A stable employment history, withat least 2 years at a previous job
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with vehicle electronic modules (ECM, PCM, TCM) or similar components
- Prior call center or remote customer service experience
- Experience in e-commerce, especially with order entry or inbound support
- Leadership potential and interest in long-term growth opportunities
