About the Role
We are looking for a Contract & Billing Audit Consultant to support Connaxis in identifying and resolving gaps between client contracts, budgets, and invoicing. This role will be key in ensuring accurate, consistent, and compliant billing practices by auditing current systems and processes and recommending improvements.
Responsibilities
● Audit client contracts, budgets, and job setups acrossGatekeeper, Salesforce/COMS, and Advantage ERP.
● Create a fee and billing matrix covering contracted amounts, markups, and rules.
● Verify invoicing accuracy against contracts and budgets; flag errors and missing invoices.
● Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and financial controls.
● Update contract and budget entries in COMS when required.
Deliverables
● Audit report highlighting discrepancies, errors, and missing invoices.
● Client-specific fee/billing matrix.
● Corrective action recommendations.
● Updated client contract and budget records.
Requirements
● Strong background in accounting, finance, or revenue assurance.
● Proven experience in contract review, billing systems, and data reconciliation.
● Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM, ERP systems (Advantage or similar), and Excel.
● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
Preferred Profile
● Senior Accounting Analyst or Billing Specialist level.
● Open to consultants or high-level temporary resources from accounting staffing firms.
