What You’ll Do

• Drive conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Cold callhigh-quality leadsusing our advanced dialer system
• Collaborate with our internal call center & management team for seamless customer experiences
• Follow up with prospects andnurture leads through the decision-making process
• Consistently hit and exceed performance metrics to unlock bigger commissions and promotions

Must-Haves

• 3+ yearsof active outbound phone sales (cold calling, appointment setting, or collections/BPO – Resume must be Up-To-Date)
• English Level: C1 English proficiency (tested)
• Availability:Full-time, Mon–Fri 12 pm–8pm ETTech Setup:Computer: Desktop/Laptop (Windows/Mac only;no Chromebooks, tablets, or phones) with 8 GB RAM
• USB headset(high-quality audio is non-negotiable)
• Stable50/50 Mbps internetwith ping <50,plugged directly into router (no Wi-Fi, no tethering)
• Backup power/hotspot for emergencies
• High-quality camerafor Zoom calls
• Professional Communication:Clear audio & stable connection during interviews and daily work (90%+ uptime)
