How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This position consists mainly of maintaining the Suppliers & Customers Master Database. The Master Data Intern reports to the Master Team Lead/Supervisor. Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the suppliers & customers master database per policy and procedures defined for the suppliers & customers management process.
• Work with experienced analysts to ensure and validate all required documentation is received, reviewed and saved for audit purposes.
• Validate all new supplier & customer setup requests and comply with internal Air Liquide procedures.
• Assist and support projects as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with members of the BSC team, Business Operations & Corporate Functions.
• Find new ways to improve the efficiency of the process. Make recommendations and participate in the decision-making process regarding process improvement.

Safety/Quality:

• Respect all Air Liquide safety policies, procedures and programs.
• Participate in the promotion of Air Liquides safety objectives. Know and follow all procedures as outlined in Air Liquides Quality Manual.

• Studying Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or equivalent.
• Strong English language proficiency is required.
• No experience required.

Language Requirements

• Strong English language proficiency is required. [Level: C1/B2].

Knowledge and Skills

• Must exhibit good verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent reading comprehension.
• Strong organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to conceptualize and assimilate data in order to recognize and address problems with direct supervision.
• Ability to work independently and to participate in continuous improvement of processes.
