How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Objetivo del Puesto: Liderar la estrategia y gestión del portafolio de productos y servicios en el segmento de Home Healthcare para Argentina, Chile y Uruguay desde su desarrollo hasta la ejecución en el mercado. Es responsable de maximizar la rentabilidad, identificar oportunidades de innovación, y garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas regulatorias.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Diseñar estrategias de producto y liderar su ciclo de vida.

• Coordinar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

• Analizar mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades.

• Asegurar márgenes de rentabilidad y pricing competitivo.

• Colaborar con equipos de ventas y clientes para optimizar soluciones.

• Liderar la participación en eventos/congresos médicos. Coordinar y participar en los eventos claves para el negocio.

• Formación académica: Bioingeniería o Ing. Biomédica, kinesiología especializada en área respiratoria.

• Deseable:

Conocer el mercado de patologías crónicas respiratorias

5 años de experiencia en la industria de salud o dispositivos médicos.

Nivel de i nglés avanzado

Condiciones del Puesto:

• Jornada completa.

• Disponibilidad para realizar viajes.
