A Global Software Services organization is seeking a highly skilled SrStaffing Managerto join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our internal talent pool, optimizing resource allocation, and driving organizational success through effective staffing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Management & Resource Optimization:
- Develop and maintain abench management strategyto ensure the organization has a robust pool of skilled professionals ready to deploy on critical projects.
- Monitor and manage internal bench resources, collaborating with project managers to deploy talent based on skills and project requirements, ensuring minimal bench time and maximizing resource utilization.
Strategic Staffing & Talent Allocation:
- Lead the development and execution of staffing strategies, balancing internal talent and external hires to meet project needs.
- Work closely with department heads and project managers to forecast talent demands and ensure alignment with organizational growth, while maintaining discretion regarding resource availability.
Talent Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed,recordsof bench resources, including skills, availability, and career aspirations, to ensure transparency across departments.
- Provide confidential reporting on bench utilization, talent development, and internal mobility metrics to senior leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted liaison between HR, department heads, and leadership to ensure thatstaffing strategiesalign with broader organizational goals.
- Proactively anticipate staffing gaps and bench needs, coordinating with leadership to address potential challenges confidentially.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience inbench managementand strategic staffing roles.
- Strong understanding of resource optimization, organizational dynamics, and talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient inHRIS, talent management systems, and staffing-related software.
- Data-driven mindset for analyzing and reporting on staffing metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
