  • Atender y liderar las videollamadas comerciales generadas a través de nuestros canales de adquisición.
  • Presentar con claridad la propuesta de valor de 30X, resolver dudas y cerrar deals con decision-makers.
  • Analizar y optimizar el funnel de ventas usando herramientas de inteligencia artificial (seguimiento de leads, scoring, personalización de mensajes, etc.).
  • Proponer y ejecutar nuevas estrategias de venta basadas en data e insights generados con AI.
Customer Success (Participantes & Alumni)
  • Ser el punto de contacto directo con los participantes antes, durante y después del programa.
  • Dar seguimiento a la experiencia general: inquietudes, soporte y satisfacción del participante.
  • Usar herramientas de AI para mapear la experiencia del cliente, detectar señales tempranas de churn y personalizar interacciones.
  • Mantener conversaciones personalizadas con alumni para entender su evolución e impacto del programa.
  • Gestionar y escalar conexiones de alto nivel con la comunidad 30X.
  • Recoger insights valiosos y traducirlos en mejoras continuas para el programa, apoyado en análisis con AI.
Perfil ideal
  • Experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B (idealmente con C-levels, founders o decision-makers).
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión en videollamadas. Experiencia en cold-calling comprobable.
  • Mentalidad AI First: curiosidad constante por nuevas herramientas y capacidad para aplicarlas en ventas y customer success.
  • Conocimiento en CRM, automatización comercial y customer success con integración de AI.
  • Capacidad estratégica para optimizar funnels y generar nuevas tácticas de crecimiento.
  • Orientación a resultados, energía para ejecutar y visión de largo plazo para construir relaciones premium.
