About the Role

We are seeking astrong Manual QA Analystwith excellent communication and business acumen to support our client’scontact center applications, loyalty program projects, and custom web solutions. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and developers, take ownership of QA processes, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Performmanual functional and non-functional testingof custom web applications (no mobile).
• Support testing forintegration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Create and executetest scriptsbased on requirements and user stories.
• ConductAPI testingusing Postman.
• PerformSQL data validations and queriesto support backend testing.
• UseAzure DevOpsfor test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Work closely with business teams and developers to identify gaps, communicate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong ownership infollow-up, follow-through, and assertive communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manual QA testingexperience in web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience withAzure DevOpsfor test and defect management.
• Working knowledge ofSQL(queries, data validation).
• Experience withPostmanfor API testing.
• Strong background inintegration, regression, and functional testing.
• Excellentcommunication skillswith the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to take initiative, be assertive, and ensure continuity in QA processes.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to testing withinloyalty systems, contact center platforms, or logistics/fuel consumption planningapplications.
• Familiarity with backend systems and API integrations.
