?The Role & Goals

TheMarketing Directorowns thestrategy + executionof all marketing efforts, with aprimary focus on paid advertising.

• Run & scaleMeta, Google, and YouTube Adswith confidence
• Know when toturn ads on/off, optimize, scale, and test
• Directcreative strategy for ads(video, graphics, copy) and work with the editing/design team to execute
• Build & optimizefunnels, lead magnets, and campaigns
• Write and refinead copy, email copy, and scripts
• OverseeYouTube & blog strategy(SEO, titles, thumbnails, CTR, publishing)
• ImplementAI & automationto increase efficiency
• Lead weekly reporting on performance, spend, and improvements

?What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• You must, must, must, must,MUSThave deep experiencerunning paid ads(Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Proven ability tooptimize, scale, and analyze adswith budgets of $20K–$50K+ per month
• Experience ininfo products (courses, online education)andSaaS/software products
• Strong leadership: you candirect video editors & designersto deliver exactly what you need
• Familiar withZapier, GoHighLevel, and automations
• Strategic thinker who owns both execution and results
• Awareness of leading figures in the digital marketing/info product world likeAlex Hormozi, Dan Martell, Tony Robbins, Iman Gadzhi, etc.
• Copywriting skills are a plus (we can train here if needed)
