Responsabilidades - Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas para lograr el crecimiento y la rentabilidad en la región de AMBA.
- Gestionar y fomentar las relaciones con cuentas clave de distribuidores, asegurando la satisfacción y lealtad del cliente.
- Desarrollar la cobertura y distribución física, incluyendo la ejecución del plan.
- Promover los intereses de la empresa entendiendo el contexto interno para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Prospectar clientes potenciales y negociar acuerdos, asegurando su ejecución.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los estándares de Marketing para el canar Off Trade, a través de distribuidores.
- Gestionar y monitorear la ejecución de los planeos contribuyendo con los vendedores de los distribuidores, traendo más visibilidad, acciones al consumidor, colocación de materiales y mobiliario, y asegurar las activaciones correctas.
Lo que estamos buscando - Graduación en administración, economía, ingeniería, marketing o campos relacionados.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en la área de Off Trade (distribuidores), conocimiento de la industria (no excluyente).
- Conocimiento en análisis de datos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
- Habilidades de negociación comercial, comunicación y negociación.
- Manejo de inglés intermedio.
- Actuará en la region de AMBA.
