Estamos Buscando un Analista de Infraestructura Jr.

Misión del Puesto:Brindar soporte a la infraestructura de redes y servidores de la empresa, además de participar en proyectos clave de implementación.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Implementar, configurar y mantener servidores (on-premise y nube privada).
• Gestionar enlaces internos y externos, incluyendo VPNs para sitios y usuarios finales.
• Asegurar la disponibilidad de recursos de red, minimizando tiempos de inactividad y garantizando la seguridad de la información.
• Planificar y controlar actividades de monitoreo e infraestructura para optimizar la calidad del servicio.
• Asegurar el respaldo y restauración de información digital (documentos, correos, bases de datos).
• Evaluar productos tecnológicos y presentar reportes comparativos claros.
• Velar por la seguridad de la red perimetral y notificar necesidades de licenciamiento.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Ingeniería/Licenciatura en Sistemas.
• CCNA (deseable).
• De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en roles similares.

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos:

• Administración avanzada de servidores (Domain, File, Print, Terminal Servers).
• Virtualización (HyperV, VMware vSphere).
• Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2021).
• Redes: routers, firewalls (Fortinet), switches, APs.
• Administración de Office 365/Exchange Online/SharePoint Online.
• Herramientas de tickets y antivirus corporativos.
