Were looking for a Talent Scout to help us connect with influencers across Latin America. Youll be identifying and building relationships with content creators who align with our brand.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong understanding of LATAM internet culture and content creator landscape
• Experience with Google Workspace (especially Spreadsheets)
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
• Experience in influencer outreach is a plus
