Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the procurement process for materials, primarily fabrics and related accessories, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability aligns with production needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and supplier performance to adapt purchasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with production and design teams to source specialized fabrics for blinds and curtains.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
• Prior experience in the blinds, curtains, or textile industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics and their application in blinds and curtains.
• Experience in warehouse management is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office tools.
