We are looking for a Consultant to scale-up our expansion in Germany. As our key representative in the region, you will manage implementation projects, build client relationships, and support our customers. Its a varied and exciting role for someone who loves connecting with people and getting things done. What youll do:

In this role, youll wear many hats and will be working on multiple projects at once, but your main focus will be on:

+ Ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether on-site or remotely. From in depth demonstrations, configuring the software to training users.

+ Building strong relationships with clients (both management and core users), identifying their needs, providing advice and being their go-to expert. Youll help them get the most out of our solutions, turning their (financial) workflows into efficient, automated processes that work long-term.

+ Translating local client needs into actionable input for our product team, helping to align customer feedback with our strategic goals and ensuring our solutions remain relevant, scalable, and easy to use.

+ Bringing fresh ideas to both clients and the Whitevision team, by keeping up with industry trends.

+ Occasionally, youll handle first-line support for our German-speaking clients.

What were looking for

Youre a great fit for this role if you:

+ Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and are familiar with ERP software (SQL or in the financial sector is a plus).

+Are fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus).

Your skills:

+ Youre curious, eager to dive into client challenges and find the best ways to help them succeed.

+ You explain complex ideas clearly, build trust with clients, and adapt your communication style to different audiences.

+ You take ownership, treating this role like running your own business, shaping it as you go, and spotting opportunities to grow our presence in Germany.

+ You have a commercial mindset and can manage stakeholders expectations - balancing whats key, whats negotiable, and whats a hard “no.” Youre confident enough to push back without risking the relationship.

+ You have strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything on track without dropping the ball.

+ Youre comfortable working independently, but know how to stay connected to a (remote) team.
