Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gerente de Unidad de Negocio para implementar las estrategias comerciales, técnicas y administrativas definidas para la misma. Sus funciones serán, entre otras: Desarrollar planes de acción que involucren Ventas, Gestión de Bajas y KPI´s Técnicos, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas propuestas por la Dirección. Detectar oportunidades de negocio regionales relacionándose con entidades públicas y privadas, industrias, etc. Planificar, organizar y controlar los recursos operativos y a los colaboradores de la Sucursal, dando seguimiento a los planes de trabajo. Conocimientos requeridos: Poseer título universitario (CPN, Lic en Administración, Lic en comercialización o afines), dominio de Office, conocimiento de la industria y el mercado en el rubro de las telecomunicaciones. Se valorarán las siguientes competencias: liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones, proactividad, comunicación asertiva y efectiva, marcada orientación a los resultados, orientación al cliente, capacidad de análisis, negociación, escucha activa, resolución de conflictos, flexibilidad, gestión del tiempo, excelentes relaciones interpersonales y visión de negocio.
