Objetivo del Puesto

Carga de facturas y emisión de órdenes de pago de proveedores en el sistema para ambas compañías, aseguradora y reasegurada. Control de la correcta imputación contable de la factura y pago. Control y análisis de los gastos respecto a lo planificado.

Principales funciones

• Administrar y procesar las facturas de Chubb y AAIC.

• Emitir órdenes de pago en el sistema tanto para Chubb como AAIC

• Realizar el procesamiento de las devoluciones de cobranzas SIS/SISE.

• Realizar asientos de reclasificación contable de corresponder.

• Realizar la conciliación de cuentas contables.

• Realizar registración de gastos de las tarjetas corporativas en tiempo y forma.

• Brindar excelente atención a proveedores. (Por mail y telefónica)

• Realizar la confección y el envío de certificados de retención.

• Control de recepción de comprobantes de percepción.

Requisitos (Formación, conocimientos, experiencia previa)

• Estudiante de Cs Económica o afines.
• Conocimientos contables
• Manejo de Excel intermedio
• Manejo de Microsof office
