• Responsable E2E del servicio asignado: permitir y facilitar cambios y mejoras en el servicio, mantener el servicio tecnológicamente actualizado, comprender necesidades de usuarios

• Apoyar al negocio en la definición de desarrollos y validar viabilidad técnica de iniciativas. Tener visión global del backlog de servicio y dar visibilidad al negocio.

• Supervisar el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades. Garantizar estrategia de despliegues con calidad. Perseguir mejora continua del servicio apoyándose en datos. Impulsar y asegurar la evolución y mejora continua.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y normativas

• Gestionar y desarrollar el talento. Identificar perfiles y competencias necesarias para la gestión del servicio. Promover un modelo de trabajo que fomente la comunicación entre equipos. Velar por el desarrollo y satisfacción del equipo

• Asociarse con proveedores para tener acceso a talento externo y tecnologías. Seleccionar y gestionar contratación de servicios profesionales
