Interprefy is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to supporting and expanding our global client base. Youll be part of the Customer Success team, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

This position reports to the Customer Success Team Lead and offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a fast-moving, tech-enabled organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct a minimum of 2 customer meetings per week, presenting repeat quotes in real time (not just via email)
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups through meetings or survey outreach
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure quarterly meaningful contact with all accounts; coordinate outreach with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Proactively lead-generate within existing customer accounts—scope 1 account weekly with at least 1 new entity and 10 new contacts
  • Meet regularly with BDMs to align on customer strategies and uncover global growth potential
  • Provide seamless handovers to project managers and maintain oversight throughout the customer journey
  • Support invoicing, gather feedback, and complete administrative tasks
  • Assist with Strategic Account Management (SAM) discussions and platform-related requests during NALA business hours
