Penempatan: Impi Hospitality Management

Persyaratan:

• Membantu menyusun estimasi biaya proyek dan anggaran awal.
• Mendukung proses tender, termasuk pengumpulan data dan dokumen pendukung.
• Melakukan pengukuran dan perhitungan kuantitas pekerjaan.
• Menyiapkan laporan kemajuan proyek dan administrasi dokumen kontrak.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek untuk memastikan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai anggaran.

Kualifikasi:

• Lulusan baru atau memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun di bidang Quantity Surveying, Teknik Sipil, atau Manajemen Konstruksi.
• Memahami dasar-dasar analisis biaya dan estimasi proyek.
• Mampu menggunakan perangkat lunak proyek seperti AutoCAD, Excel, atau perangkat lunak estimasi sejenis.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan kemampuan bekerja dalam tim yang baik.
• Berorientasi pada detail dan mampu bekerja sesuai tenggat waktu.
