• Analyze project costs and calculate volume all item work based on drawing including materials, equipment, labor, and other expenses.
• Preparing for budget & Bill of Quantities negotiate price with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Preparing and manage project administration construction starting from the tender process to BAST.
• Preparing monthly work progress according to progress in the field.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
• Required skill(s): Ms. Excel, Auto Cad, Sketch Up.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of cost management principles and value engineering techniques.
• Organized, attention to detail, and able work under pressure.
• Willing to be located in Meruya - Jakarta Barat.
