About Us

Were a mission-driven team building a mobile app that helps people form and sustain healthy habits. Our app, built in React Native, supports users in improving their well-being through simple, science-backed behavior change. Were a collaborative, fast-moving team and looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to be the quality backbone of our mobile development process.

What Youll Do
  • Own the QA process for our mobile app (iOS and Android), from planning through release
  • Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test plans
  • Identify, document, and manage bugs and regressions
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and catch edge cases early
  • Ensure each release meets a high quality standard through thorough testing and validation
  • Monitor app performance and user-reported issues post-release
  • Maintain test coverage as the app evolves with new features and integrations
What Were Looking For
  • 2-5+ years of QA experience, ideally with mobile apps
  • Strong manual testing skills across iOS and Android
  • Familiarity with React Native or hybrid mobile apps
  • Experience writing and maintaining detailed test cases and test plans
  • Ability to think like a user and advocate for great UX
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Clickup)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with overlap during Eastern Time hours
Bonus Points
  • Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Detox, Appium)
  • Background in health, wellness, or behavior science products
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for mobile apps
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows
